My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, surrounded by great shops and restaurants in the posh Nisantasi district, but the lack of soundproofing made it challenging to sleep during noisy events. The service was a highlight but had some hiccups with the baggage delivery. The dining experience left much to be desired compared to other 5-star hotels. The rooms had both nice views and high-quality amenities, but the malfunctioning HVAC system made my room uncomfortably cold.
